Refund policy

Warranty Requests:

All products purchased from Right Edge Putting include a 30 day warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty is limited to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage that results from normal wear and tear incurred with product usage. Similarly, it does not cover damage caused by product misuse or abuse.

• Products damaged in shipping
• Items missing from your order
• Incorrect items received
• Other product issues

To initiate a warranty request for physical damage, missing items or incorrect items:

1. Within 24 hours of delivery, please take photos of all damage and contact us using the link below. 
2. Upon verification, we will begin the return process and promptly ship the replacement product to you at no additional cost. 

IMPORTANT: Items damaged after use are not eligible for refund unless explicitly covered under warranty.
